By using AutoProof, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or its demonstration tools.
Permitted use
You may use the public content for personal or internal business education. You may not misrepresent AutoProof output as a government, police, customs, legal, title, finance or theft-status certificate.
Demonstration tools
The risk score, vehicle case, document statuses and integrity receipt are educational demonstrations. They are not based on live authoritative data and must not be used as the sole basis for a vehicle transaction.
Intellectual property
Site copy, branding and design are protected by applicable law. The source-code repository may contain a separate open-source licence governing the code itself; that licence does not grant rights to third-party names, external content or personal information.
No warranty
The website is provided as available without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, AutoProof will not be liable for a vehicle purchase, sale, loss, dispute or decision made in reliance on this website. Obtain independent professional advice appropriate to the transaction.
